A Study in the Book of Acts

Women’s Community Groups are small, adult fellowships of believers who meet weekly to grow spiritually, build relationships, and to minister to each other. As we study the book of Acts, we’re stepping into a powerful story of how the early Church was formed—not just through bold preaching and miracles, but through deep prayer, committed fellowship, and a vibrant, growing relationship with God. In Acts, we see ordinary people empowered by the Holy Spirit, gathering in unity, breaking bread together, and seeking God with sincerity and passion. Join us in our study as we invite that same Spirit into our lives today. Please email admin@calvarychapelcommunity if you have any questions!

About Us

Our desire is that we as women would walk with the Lord by faith, believing, trusting, and honoring God in our hearts, knowing that all believing women are gifted by the Holy Spirit as a vital part of the Body of Christ. We seek to encourage each woman to reach out to others in the love of Christ and to experience the joy of joining in God’s work in the church and in the world around us. As Jesus said, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and you shall love your neighbor as yourself” (Matthew 22:37).

We believe it is important to our spiritual health as believers to not only be fed spiritually, but also to develop godly friendships with other women. These relationships give us opportunities for accountability and encouragement in our walk with the Lord. “Therefore encourage one another, and build up one another, just as you also are doing” (1 Thessalonians 5:11).
